Used Once, like new is a collection of wedding portraits in which brides and grooms made themselves unrecognizable - faces scratched out, cut out or covered over. To shield their identities while selling their wedding garments, the personal and pictorial memorialization of the marriage was anonymized. Worn once, dry cleaned, like new. The collection was created between 2006-2011. This is a selection.
